TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a rehearsal room, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of use.

  • CANCELLATION: We have a free cancellation policy for confirmed bookings, unless your rehearsal falls within 48 hours of your cancellation request, of which payment will be required in full. Please contact a team member on 01903 367 707 to request.

  • LIABILITY: Soundhouse Studios, its Management and Staff accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any musical equipment or personal belongings of any kind whilst on the premises. Vehicles left in Ivy Arch Road are done so at the owner’s own risk.

  • PAYMENT: All sessions including any additional equipment hire and storage must be paid for on the day. We accept cash and the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, SOLO, JCB and AMEX.

  • DAMAGES: Any damage caused to studio equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the band/individual. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to the reception staff immediately.

  • SMOKING: Smoking and vaping inside of Sound and Dance house studios is strictly prohibited. There are dedicated smoking areas located outside of the premises before entering reception.

  • DRUGS: The studio operates a zero tolerance policy on drugs. If you are suspected of or found to be in possession of ANY CLASS of drugs on the premises, you will be asked to leave and reported to the police.

  • FOOD/DRINK: You are permitted to bring your own food and drink into your rehearsal room; however, this must not be placed on any of the equipment under any circumstances. Any damage caused to studio equipment due to spillages and negligence with food and drink will be charged as per our damages policy above. Please keep rehearsal rooms tidy by placing rubbish in the bins provided.

  • CHILDREN/ADULTS AT RISK: The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of any children and adults at risk using Sound and Dance House Studios. The Hirer must comply with the current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) requirements ensuring that they and anyone else coming into contact with children or adults at risk as part of the hiring hold a current DBS approval (current is deemed as having been obtained within the last 3 years).
