Is there parking available?
Yes! Limited free parking is available on the forecourt of The Factory Live and Soundhouse Studios. On-street parking applies to Ivy Arch Road, which is free from 5pm Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. From 9am to 5pm there is a two-hour maximum stay parking restriction.

How and when do I pay for my session?
We take payment from clients after your rehearsal session has taken place from our reception. We accept cash and card.

What if I need to cancel?
Once your studio booking is confirmed, we operate a free cancelation policy for up to 48 hours before your reservation. If you’re cancelling within 48 hours of your rehearsal, you will have to pay in full, unless a rescheduled date can be arranged with our team at their discretion.

Does our booking include setup time?
Yes, the time you book the room for includes setup and pack-down time, additional time outside of your reservation may be charged at the respective rate per 15 minutes.

What happens if we need longer to rehearse?
Speak to a member of our team to see if we can extend your session, subject to availability.

What else does our payment cover?
Microphones, XLR leads, instrument cables, drum kit with felts, amps/PA and sound desk.

Can I leave under 18’s unattended?
No. Anyone under the age of 18 is legally required to have a responsible parent/guardian on site with them at all times.

What are your Wi-Fi details?
We offer free Wi-Fi to all of our customers. Our username is Soundhouse EXT, password soundhouse12345. Woohoo.

Are Drum Cymbals included in room hire?
We have Cymbals available for hire at £5 per rehearsal.

Is there anyone on site who can assist me?
Yes, our studios are staffed with an experienced team on hand to help you.
